We have developed the following policy to guide our actions and ensure that we help contribute positively to the wellbeing of our planet and society.

Environmental responsibility

• Energy efficiency: All of our new Vending machines are selected and operated to minimise power consumption. This includes using energy-efficient models with A++ ratings, equipping machines with energy-saving modes, using LED lighting, and employing "eco misers" to reduce energy use.

• Carbon footprint reduction: We aim to reduce our carbon emissions by planning efficient delivery and maintenance routes, transitioning vehicle fleets to electric or hybrid models, and partnering with organisations like Carbon Neutral Britain to offset emissions.

• Waste reduction and recycling: We will endeavour to focus on minimising waste through source reduction and offering recyclable or compostable packaging for products like coffee cups.

• Responsible disposal: All of our vending machine parts and end-of-life equipment are recycled through proper channels, including compliance with our local authorities. 

Ethical and social commitment

• Ethical sourcing: We only partner with suppliers who follow ethical and sustainable practices. This includes offering Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, and UTZ-certified products, ensuring responsible social, environmental, and economic practices in the supply chain.

• Healthier vending options: We aim to provide a product range to include healthier food and drink choices. This means offering low-fat, low-sugar, and low-salt options; limiting energy drinks; and increasing the availability of sugar-free beverages.

• Community engagement: Giving back to the community is a growing aspect of our sustainability policy. We have engage in charitable donations and partnered with numerous foundations that support local projects. 

Supply chain sustainability

• Efficient logistics: We optimise our delivery routes and using fuel-efficient modern vehicles, we also source supply partners who reduce emissions and conserve resources throughout the supply chain.

• Supplier engagement: We actively choose suppliers who also have strong environmental and sustainability policies.

• Sustainable products: Our core emphasis is placed on procuring stock from sustainably managed sources
