How do I process a Refund?

All our machines are fitted with SureVend which is a system that ensures the vending machine provides the item purchased or a refund automatically. 

Payment made by;

CARD - If a product fails to dispense, an automatic refund is issued within 5 working days. In the meantime the transaction will show as pending with your bank. 

CASH - If a product fails to dispense, cash will refunded back immediately.

 

I put CASH into the machine but it did not register?

Press the reject leaver or cancel button on the machine the money should be dispensed straight back to you. 

If the money still hasn’t been returned please report the issue here.

 

My CASH keeps returning and not crediting the machine?

Most of our machines are new and look for card payment once you select the checkout/OK button on the machine. This will result in the machine looking for a card to be presented hence rejecting any coins inserted. Please follow the below if this happens 

Pay by Cash

Select Products > Insert Cash > Press Checkout/OK button > Products Vend

Pay by Card 

Select Products > Press Checkout/OK button > Tap Card > Products Vend

 

The screen on the machine or card reader has frozen and won’t work?

The quickest way to resolve this would be to turn the machine off at the mains, leave for a minute and turn back on. Hopefully this will reboot the machine however please also contact us to report the issue.
